Truck driver door needs repair. It does not close properly but needs to be slammed. The first stop I locked the door, it did not close properly, then I couldn't unlock it. The ignition switch is broken. It does not turn properly but does after multiple attempts by moving the key about. This is not a pleasant experience to believe you are locked out of the rental while you are on the road. Then get the door open and the vehicle does not start. I let the attendant know about these issues on return and he said that he knew about the issues. This vehicle needs repair before sending other out in it! I was charged a $25 fee for leaving some dirt in the back of the vehicle. It was not overwhelming, clean up time about 2 minutes. I did not have a broom with me at delivery. The gentleman who hooked up the trailer (He spoke English with a strong African accent) was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but was the epitome of customer service. Booking process is confusing. Truck is booked at a daily rate but then I find out I can only have it for 6 hrs because that's what I indicated was the likely time I would need. This needs to be clearer on the website. Billing me for my own estimated mileage and then crediting me when I come back with less is also confusing.Kevin D.

Great place. Because of the condition of the truck they decided not to log it in so that it would not be rented to anyone. Yet they forgot to log it in so the day it was due Uhaul was calling me asking where it was. That's an issue. I get it and appreciate the thought.John T.

My contract was due on May 1st 7am, I drop off my truck a day before (4/30/2021) and more than 24 hours later my truck still showing in USE, I went to the location after calling 2 times and talk to the manager who told me that im good to go, 2 hours later finally they close my contract but Now they charge me extra because they took so much time to end the contract, so it is showing that i return my vehicle late, when i returned and day before it was due. I think the people who work at the counter should remember that not everybody is familiar with the process of renting a truck. There was a latent impatience and unfriendliness from their part. Hope it's an exception, not a rule.Luis P.

Hi, I ordered a uhaul and was unable to request a new drop off location so I cancelled the reservation and have yet to receive a refund. When I ordered a 2nd uhaul, the truck came without the dollies that I paid for.SHELDONCODY S.
The price was fair and accurate -- no tricks! Took a long while to check in and get my vehicle even though I had a reservation. There was a line. Not the employee's fault, though; some of the transactions take a long time. U-haul really needs to get their people some help. If there's a constant line, they can afford to have more than one person behind the counter.James C.
There was some debris in the trailerâ€”sand and dirt that we had to sweep out. Otherwise, it was a great experience. We have always found the Falls Church (on Broad Street) location to be very helpful and courteous.JAMES H.
