steven W.See my last review for more details on this drop off location. Overall the staff was very friendly but the location isn't ideal for parking big equipment returns on the small road
Kyle B.The representative was very kind and helpful but the drop off location itself was difficult to navigate/find a spot. In the future, I'd recommend the logistics experts (U-Haul customer service team) to recommend better drop off points. Especially when they know the customer (me) has a 25' long truck + an auto transport. The road I was directed to park on was narrow and there wasn't much room. FYI for the future - The U-Haul team should pick the closest, most realistic drop off point; not the customer
