The vehicle had no functioning heat at the time so it affected the experience negatively.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had to drive to Fairfield, ME, to pick up the sm.box i rented in Waterville, ME. Added miles! Costs way more than I was expecting. I'll think twice before I rent from U-Haul again.
Irene PGood size truck for this little old lady! No problems with it and smooth ride. Handled beautifully.
Diana LExcellent customer service it was supposed to be mobile pick up as the place was closed, I had issues with my app on the phone the man came out and helped us on his own time very friendly very accommodating
kim OLocation is fine. Truck was fine. App is nonfunctional, went into log in and log out endless loop when I pressed “pick up” so caused stress when it was time to pick up my reservation.
