I never rented a uhaul from them. They used the wrong Info for the renter and were ok with it... after calling to inform them they sent the contract to the wrong person they said, "that's OK, we gave a paper contract to him too." Perhaps they missed that I was NOT ok with someone else using MY email on their contract... I continued to recieve all communications and receipts for the duration of the rental process.ERVIN W.

If possible, I will never use Uhaul again. You should change your name to F you, instead of Uhaul. I made my reservation a week in advance. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck ( that I was guaranteed online) I was informed that my reservation was moved 25+ miles away and that I was expected to pay for the extra fuel and distance. Then I was told if I canceled my reservation, I would be charged a cancelation fee. This is a scam. You took my card number to guarantee a vehicle, but the truth is you took it to make sure you could charge my card after you made sure to screw me. I'll be calling your cooperate offices daily until I get a response with some kind of customer service. I own a business and I would fire any and all staff that spouted the nonsense that I got from 3 of your supposed customer service reps. If you want to improve for the next customer... try not scamming them for their hard earned money. I'll be leaving a scathing review on Yelp as well as anywhere else I can.NATHAN H.

The gentlemen at the location were kind and helpful. Some of the telecommunications before pick up were borderline rude. I went from seeing online that no trucks were available, to requesting a call to set up, to being told there were trucks available, to being told that there aren't, to being told that there are if I drive it back to same location, to being told that I only get the truck till 8 am from a 2pm pick up because that's al that's available... but if I want to spend an extra $100 then I can have it for another day. The two men in the office were rude and verbally combative and told me that if I didn't have the truck back for the next rental I would not be allowed to rent again from Uhaul.
