I am 100% sure your odometer not work properly I am 100% sure that I just drove maximum 25 mile but in odometer it says 37. What a joke. I have 100%proof that something wrong there.

AHMAD KThe only issue with this location is when doing self pick up and drop off the uhuals are located at a different address. So you have to drive down the road to the listed address then back to the uhual hoping the page doesn’t refreshed or you have to do it again.

SANDY Pthe pickup process for this specific location was un clear. There is a 24/7 pick up option yet you have to go in to get the keys. the cars themselves are at a satellite location. it took me 3 times going back and forth to get the keys. Additionally, their phone for U-Haul questions would not pick up, even when a member of the store connected me. I had to call the UHaul number to be connected and get a straight answer through someone not there. It added on a lot of time to my trip that i did not have. I am very upset at the amount of money I spent on this rental for a few hours with a poor experience.
