Need to update the address of the drop off location. The address for the vendor is correct but the lot you drop off the uhaul at is 2 miles away. So having to drive to the business location to get the app to work for checking a vehicle in and then having to drive two miles to the drop off location is a pain. Update gps coordinates to actual drop off location

The check in process can be more clear. I also believe that there should be more clear instructions that this is not a real U-Haul location but more of a satellite one.

SANDY Pthe pickup process for this specific location was un clear. There is a 24/7 pick up option yet you have to go in to get the keys. the cars themselves are at a satellite location. it took me 3 times going back and forth to get the keys. Additionally, their phone for U-Haul questions would not pick up, even when a member of the store connected me. I had to call the UHaul number to be connected and get a straight answer through someone not there. It added on a lot of time to my trip that i did not have. I am very upset at the amount of money I spent on this rental for a few hours with a poor experience.
Alyssa DI have called them to confirm if I can pickup the truck from this location and drop off in Manassas park and they said yes. I filled the application and went to pick up the truck and I confirmed with them second time that if I can drop it off in Manassas Park location, they confirmed it twice that yes I can do this. Once I dropped it off in the evening at the Manassas park, they rejected to take the truck as I have to drop it off in Fairfax location. I had to drive extra 20 miles to do that plus the time that I have wasted to drop off in the first location and the second location. I paid almost double and wasted extra 3 hours to argue with them and drive to first location where I picked the truck at 11pm and 23 Fahrenheit.
SAYED HUsing mobile check-in with a satellite parking lot for trucks is difficult. When I arrived at IClean Air Products LLC, I didn't see any trucks at all, which made me think the business had stopped working with U-Haul. Upon return, I first went to the satellite lot to return the truck and drop off the key. Then I was unable to initiate the return on the app because I was not in the right geo-location. Please think through the return process and make it easy on your customers. Customers may not want to drive to IClen Air Products LLC to take pictures of the truck, and then drive again to the satellite lot. ¡Gracias!

MUEDH AI would not recommend a "Neighborhood Dealer" at all. First off, they don't even have vehicles at the location. They will give you the key but you then have to drive to another location to pick it up which made no sense and contradicts the convenience of a neighborhood dealer. Next time just go to an actual U-haul location and get it all done in one place.

MOHAMMED AThis was a confusing and utter mess of a rental experience. 1) The location of checkin and location of UHauls are in completely different places. This is absolutely confusing and there is no indication of this until you show up on site. If you are doing a mobile pickup, this is completely wasted time. 2) If keys are in lockboxes, the code should be provided in mutliple ways, not just via the app. My app seems to have glitched and I never received the lock code. 3) Uhaul support and the Uhaul onsite staff need to be aligned. Uhaul support said that the location only provided keys in person. However, this was not true. 4) Lockboxes should be kept where the locks do not freeze and make it difficult for users to use.

I was very confused by this, and the truck pickup/drop-off location is almost a mile from the location to check in on the uhaul app. My rental was supposed to have a dolley and didn't, which made the move take much longer. I would never use this again.
Christian KThe staff was very nice, but the process took a long time to pick up a truck. Almost 30 minutes wasted just waiting when I was the first person in line. The person before me didn't fill up the gas tank so the needle moved off "full" as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. They charge $20 per gallon so I had to get gas and I put in almost 4 gallons but I only drove 8 miles with the truck.

I had to go back and they still did not have the truck I requested. The truck they gave me had only a quarter tank. The customer service is terrible I would not recommend using IClean .
DONNA CKey was not there. The UHAUL app takes long, so it took us almost one hour to pick up the truck. Not only that the truck's key wasn't at the location, so we had to go back to the office. Not only that, they ripped us off by not putting in the dolly and furniture pads I rented. Really awful.

I had chosen a drop off location with my initial reservation but for some reason the woman in the phone from UH decided to choose a place for me. I don't understand the purpose of me picking a place ahead of time. Also, unrelated to drop off, but it would be super helpful if UH made it clear ajmhead of time if there were roads the truck was not allowed on, like Parkways that said "no trucks or commercial vehicles". It was very stressful trying to figure that out on the fly. I ended up having to pull over and call the UH roadside assistance number to get those answers.

EMMA TThe truck was old and had a lot of cosmetic damage. I took video of the damage so they would not think I did it. There was no air conditioning in the truck and the temperature outside was 90+. The trucks are not located on site, you have to drive two blocks to pick up your truck.

Located in a retail vacuum cleaner store, with the truck lot about a quarter mile away, it may be little confusing for first time customers. That said, I've used this location several times and always efficiently picked up the truck I reserved without any hassle.

Esther MUhauls are not on site, rather a quarter mile away making it take longer to pick up, reserved a vehicle and a hand cart but both were gone when I arrived even though I showed up a half hour early, it was changed to a nice truck but still had to carry boxes on a very hot day without a cart.

Since that location is not at the location the app expects, you can't use the app to drop off. Seems like an easy fix if database was updated. Disappointed

Dan LHorrible! Vacuum shop hardly answers the phone and when he does, he is rude. First and the last time I'll rent uhale from here. When asking question, he barks his answers as if I should know the answers. Made be feel unwelcome, as if I was intruding. When I returned the truck, I couldn't find the orange box on a pole for the key drop off. I called to ask, he was condescending to say the least. Turns out there was a dirty shirt over the orange box. He over charged on the miles. I drove 9 miles total, but was charged 69 miles. I called to dispute, but he insisted I drove 69 miles and he said he checked it himself and will not refund. O asked him what the red box was on the truck, he replied it for tools or something. I also asked if red box tracks the location of the truck and records the miles, he replied the f**** do I know. I called uhale directly and was told I only drove 9 miles and refund was issued. Again, horrible experience!

MOHAMADTAQI BI am so disgusted with the pick up and drop off process here I may never rent from UHaul again. This was an incredibly stupid and ridiculous way to check out the truck. You had my reservation a month in advance, you have an app, my email, and phone number to communicate with me the highly unusual process for this location. Why in the world do you make people drive from one parking lot to another without any forewarning or instructions until you try to check out or return a vehicle? I wasted more than an hour driving from one lot to the next for pick up and drop off. There is no explanation for why you would pull into IClean Air Products to start the check-in process to verify your location and then be instructed to drive someplace else. There is a hard-to-find piece of paper in the IClean window that explains the process. There is no sign that says UHaul on the property. What are people supposed to do at 5am in the morning or after midnight? What if they are not native English speakers and can't follow the directions? Can someone please explain to me with today's technology why you must start the process for after-hours at IClean when pick up and drop off are at another location? Also, the instructions say "Leave the key in the drop box." The drop box lid could only be opened with great force and any normal person would conclude that you can't open it without a lock. I finally was able to force the lid open. The van worked great but the drop-off and pick-up are deal breakers for me. Goodbye, UHaul. Never again.

David SThis rental experience was awful. The worst time I've ever had renting Uhaul equipment. I had done all of the check-in online, but had to do everything all over again when I got to the location. The trucks weren't even located at the business (vacuum store); they were two blocks away in a random parking lot. The truck I was rented was missing license plates. I was then given keys for a second truck, which was disgusting and filled with other people's trash and moving blankets. The gentleman renting me the truck didn't seem to understand that I couldn't just take another truck without verifying the correct license plates. It was very obvious that they do not understand Uhaul rentals and should not be conducting them as part of their business. If they can't even check in and verify equipment, they can't rent it out.

The mileage was recorded incorrectly, charging for 41 miles instead of the actual 5.7 miles I used. I disputed this and I'm awaiting a response. Additionally, the receipt was not sent until 24 hours later after I demanded, which is unusual and uncomfortable. Overall, I feel like they're cheating customers.

The problem is it took 30 minutes in store to do this when there were no other customers. When I dropped the truck off there was no key drop. I stopped in the following day and the cashier asked me to take the truck to a different place. Obviously, I did not do this. I'd suggest going to another uhaul retailer.

Darren ZI reserved a Uhaul several days before a move from Manassas, VA to Edgewater, MD on Saturday, January 27, 2024 - a 15' truck, a dolly, and a dozen furniture covers. I reserved it at a location on Sudley Rd in Manassas that is a couple of minutes from my house. 2 days before the 27th, I got an email saying my pick up location had been changed to Chantilly, VA, which is 20 minutes from my former house. Um..okay. Not ideal but doable. I got to said location in Chantilly sometime around 12 o'clock on the 27th (pickup was at noon), only to find that the location is CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays. Their hours are posted right on their door. I called Uhaul's regional office, where, after holding for 5 minutes or so, I was told to go to now a THIRD location in Fairfax. ANOTHER 15 to 20 minutes out of my way to go to some random vacuum store to pick up a truck. Oh, but without the dolly or furniture pads because that location didn't have them. The whole experience was completely ridiculous and wasted a lot of my time. I feel like if a customer wants a truck from a certain location, there is obviously a reason. Instead of sending the customer driving all over the creation to locate a truck that they RESERVED ahead of time, it should be Uhaul handling equipment issues on the back end by working with other locations to secure the proper TRUCK and EQUIPMENT at the location thar was requested. Oh...and besides picking up a Uhaul from a random vacuum store (where the Uhauls weren't even kept...had to drive 2 blocks down the street), I also had to drop it off at a random gas station. Uhaul contracts out truck rentals obviously to random businesses and it seems their company is going downhill. I will never use then again. Get it together, UHaul.
