I had some initial issues with the automated process , partly my fault , partly confusing website directions , and partly some issue with the van not having been â€œreturnedâ€ in the system. The clerk was helpful to a point but had to eventually call someone to sort it out . While I picked the location, the added delay had me inside a liquor store longer than I'd normally plan as I don't drink. They eventually sorted it , I got the app and the automated process was much easier. 2 or 3 complaints I might have : When I reserved the van online , it was for four hours at .49/mi. When things finally got sorted in the app, my rental agreement showed 3 hr window. My final billing I believe charged .79/mi. I've verified that it was supposed to be .49/mi, I went back in to look at my final bill and it just says â€œsite downâ€ I don't really care about the money difference, mine was a quick in town haul, and as I wasn't penalized for having it 4 hrs versus 3 that also was a non issue. (In fact ironically, I wasn't going to bother mentioning it till they sent this request for a review).James G.

My pickup was at a time of day when the location was busy with other patrons. The guy handling my transaction did an extremely good job of handling my pick while still servicing his other customers and had me on my way in no time at all. They did a good job.Stephen B.

The employee lied to me and wasnt interested in giving me the keys to the vehicle and after multiple calls to uhual he refused to speak to the rep. It took me over and hour to finally get the keys from him that he intitially told me he didnt have. It was a horrible experience. I would never suggest this location to anyone even of going elsewhere cost more money. It will be worth it to not deal with this store. The employee i returned the keys to was polite and quickly got me on my way.Janella D.
