Truck was disgusting. We had to wipe it down with several Clorox wipes. We waited around for 40 min cause the person who had it before us was very late returning it.

When I approached the van the gas cap was off hanging, I informed the guy, he said don't worry about it. When I got into the van it had a little under 3/4 of gas and returned it with slightly over 1/2 tank. I drove 39 miles. He charged me for 17 gallons of gas. I will never go back.

There's a hostess rapper in between the 2 front seats, there is no lockbox, it took the guy 10 minutes to give me the keys, I called customer service 3 times, the verification person that called my friend was incredibly rude to him. Horrible experience all around.

None of my equipment was available, I was unable to skip the line, they did not know that I was coming and I had to wait while they phoned someone else. Additionally, there were a lot of shady and shirtless individuals on the premises (I mean, it is.a liquor store, but still), and I generally felt unsafe as an unaccompanied woman.

I was charged for items I did not order. I recommend going to an actual U-haul location and having them write up the order and not doing self check out until Uhaul can get it right without miscommunication to customer.

First, I went online to make a reservation using the 24/7 service and this location was listed. Once I went to the location to pick up my vehicle (which you are instructed to wait until you arrive at the pick up location and login into 'my pick my vehicle'), I tried to login using my location service and nothing would work. I asked the guy inside and he started saying I was probably not using it right and then began asking for all sorts of other info. I then called UHaul 800#, and come to find out they are not even registered to do 24/7...that's why it did not work! Why are they even listed on the website as having 24/7 service? Finally, after the guy gave me such attitude regarding wanting additional contact info, employment info etc., I finally told him that all I am giving you my credit card and DL info, if that is not enough, then, i am going elsewhere. Finally he took those and gave me the key! What a 45 min nightmare.

Please consider finding a new pick up/drop off location. The cashier at Express Food & Liquor was EXTREMELY disrespectful. I had already checked in online and all I needed to do was retrieve the key. When I asked for the key, the cashier had me restart the check in process. At one point in the process, I was asked to explain why I couldn't produce a credit card. The cashier told me to sign my name. I explained to him that I was directed to provide an explanation not a signature. He told me that my decision to refuse to sign is a decision to forfeit my rental. Furthermore, he expressed that his was my problem and not his. It wasn't until I called U-Haul and an agent called the cashier, that he handed me the key. That cost me about 30 minutes of rental time. As you already know, moving is stressful. I also will like to suggest a drop off box for the keys. The cashiers at this location provide poor customer service to U-Haul renters. Their sole concern is for their customers. Overall, I think this is a convenient service but I think I'll just go to a physical U-Haul location in e future to ensure better customer service.

THERE WAS NO VAN THIS IS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL, I HOPE I GET THE CHANCE TO TELL A JUDGE JUST HOW HORRIBLE THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS. I never picked up the van, the location did not have the van, now the location keeps charging me again and again for the van.. you guys, your inventory system is messed up. I am very displeased, please send this along to your legal team, I never imagined that uhaul would try to commit fraud but here it is. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE EVER. wow you guys, just WOW

The Cargo Van was just what I needed to transport a purchase. The vendor was quick, professional, and thorough. The UHAUL vehicle was clean, fueled, and operated in excellent running order. If anyone needs a Van in the area, get it here. Reserve online however, as even as I picked it up there were others seeking to also use the services.

Limit the wait time when picking up the vehicle. Theis location is not hooked up with computer access. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the Agent to call the vendor back.
