Trash location. un-manned when we were there. Did not look safe. Then they overcharged us by a day. Go somewhere else.

The 1st place that was on our paperwork to drop it off was closed on Saturday ( the day we were going to drop it off on our paperwork) the phone number that was for us to call when we got there was the wrong number the person that picked up was rude said he didn't have a clue about u-haul even though in front of the building had a sign and there was trailers in the parking lot, called the number on the truck that was in the parking lot a lady picked up she said they were closed and " would try" to get uhaul to call us back that day to drop off at a different location ( still have not gotten a call) ending up calling uhaul and after a ton of hoops ( and talking to yet another rude person) we were told to drop it off at pt6 inn, if we didn't need to rent a trailer to move we would never rent from uhaul again

CAREY Ewas a little difficult to locate the office- it was located in a hotel which has previously been closed
ROBERT ZWe arranged everything for pickup at the RIVERSIDE location and received confirmation call the night before. When we arrived the truck was not there and we were sent to the PT 6 Inn. The attendant there had no record of us and could not give us a truck. We called the help sent and had before we received it. In the end the attendant at the north 41facility was apologetic but the one at RIVERSIDE was less than understanding and with as 'so what" attitude!. COST US OVER A $100 FOR HELPERS WAITING TO LOAD! IT'S SAD THAT SERVICE IS SUCH A LOW PRIORITY FOR YOUR COMPANY
