Customer service out of Louisville was horrendous. Moved my pickup location (less than 24 hours notice) to over an hour away. Called & was told they over-booked & nothing they could do. Went to the app and there were 2 locations within 10 minutes with the same truck available. I will NOT use Uhaul again.

GEORGE MNothing against Martin Sales. The U-Haul app was not working properly. I had to use the U-Haul website. It had a very difficult time while (trying) to use the U-Haul website trying to pick up and deliver my vehicle. This was a huge disappointment and caused much frustration to an already hectic day. I was NOT pleased with the process.
Chad JUHaul 15' cargo trucks aren't comfortable for a tall driver. The driver's seat cannot be adjusted all the way back and there isn't any seat height adjustment. Finally, a lack of cruise control for highway driving adds to the pain of a contorted seating position.
