I wanted a 9 foot van and got a 10 foot truck instead. The van broke down so I got a truck and I understand why I got a truck instead but the van would have been easier to drive and I would not have needed a padlock every time I needed to get in the door.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulBrand new 2026 Ford Transit 250, per the manufacturer tag, built in May 2026... 1900ish miles on it... RMI is awesome! My only complaint is with the Van itself... I had it for a week, and it has this annoying "lane keeping" feature. A majority of my drive was on narrow, mountain highways, and the van kept trying to automatically steer me into oncoming traffic.

Bobby MThe location was excellent and the people were very friendly and helpful. The Uhaul app however was terrible. It was almost impossible to upload images of the vehicle. I'm a software engineer so I was finally able to find a workaround that allowed me to upload the images but it was very stressful. I had to upload the image and then hit the back button, then upload the next image, then hit the back button, then upload the next image, then hit the back button, and finally upload the last image and hit the back button. I really wanted the app to be easier than talking to a person, but it was so stressful, I almost never want to try it again. I have a really hard time paying for this rental b/c picking up the truck was so painful and stressful...
