GREGORY MI couldn't figure out how to drive my truck pulling Auto transport in without getting stuck. After driving by several times I tried to call but they don't answer their phone. Ever. I drove back in my daughter's car to explore and realized I was going to have to pull in on an angle and back the auto transport back between the building and retaining wall. I managed to pull it off by some miracle and only after that did the employee come out and look at me weird and then go back inside. She told me I didn't need to do anything else, but then after I left my app prompted me to take pictures. I called U-Haul and they said yes I need to go back and take pictures. By the time I got back, the reservation was closed out. They need to answer their phone and have a circular driveway for large vehicles.
