My drop off location in San Diego, CA was less than great. I pulled up as the business a few minutes before they were to close. The young employee saw me pull up with the trailor, but he quickly and I mean in a hurry, jumped in his car and sped off. Leaving me to try to figure out how to return the trailor with the app. If your open till 430pm, be open to 430pm. Don't close early. Don't close early and see a customer and hurry up and leave. Customer service is dead.

LEE CThey called and changed our pickup location at the last minute from Carlsbad to here, it was a bit inconvenient and we had to wait when we got there because only 1 person working there and people in front of us totally disorganized and took forever. Also printer not working at this location so he had to take time to try to get this going and then gave up and emailed us contract. But the worst came as we drove away we got a call from U Haul changing our drop off location to a somewhere that was 5 hours of driving out of our way! I had to spend 3.5 hours on the phone with U Haul to get this resolved it was a beyond frustrating experience...and the drop (read below) even more frustration!!!
Lynn LI had a 10:30am appointment which the location was closed on a Saturday. I was set back 1:45mins on my move due to facility being close. I understand that you can pick up and drop off after hrs ect but I wasn't informed. Secondly my additional driver wasn't added to contract and the appliance Dolly I paid for wasn't in truck. I was sent to another location for one and they didn't have one either. My contract wasn't done and I had to text back and forth with the one of facility team member to get things done. He worked hard to correct the issue but this was by far my worst experience with Uhaul and now I'll consider other companies for all my truck rental needs and will advise my family and friends to do the same.
