terri G.I made a one way reservation with a specific drop off. For some reason the day before my drop off, without talking to me a scheduling manager changed my drop off to a location 30 minutes away. It took a chat and three 30+ minute phone calls to get it changed back. There should be a question in this review regarding custom service or my overall experience. My response would be very unsatisfactory.
