Truck had a terrible alignment (steering wheel had to be turned for vehicle to drive straight) i paid for a dolly and there was none the guy said to go buy one myself and the guy didn't speak any English and mumbled French. Also closed 5 minutes early so I couldn't return my vehicle on time. Absolute garbage!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExtremely unorganized for weekend usage and very poor communication. I needed to apparently check in online instead of in person because theres no clerk which is Extremely inconvenient. I had to wait an hour to even get the keys as its in a coded lock box and never received the code. Definitely room for improvements.
ALEXANDRANICOLE SAdd a spare tire to your trailers. And inspect the tires before you approve them for rental
Dennis SThe letter lock we used to get the keys was hard to open. It took a number of tries before all the tumblers were aligned enough to open the lock
Dick SPersonnel were excellent in helping me to lift the trailer off my hitch. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.
