I will start by saying that the representative was extremely kind and accommodating. We rented a 6 by 12 enclosed trailer which was not on a stand, so my husband (with 2 hernias) had to physically lift trailer onto the hitch. We then had to manoeuvre from the back of the store, through a narrow laneway with another uhaul truck blocking the reversal of our trailer. I went back inside and the rep did move the other vehicle. Just a very poor setup at this location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe trailer was not cleaned out and my grandson had his knees cut by all the broken glass that was left there!!! Very poor customer service, so disappointed. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.
Rick BOld chocolate milk containers and food wrappers in cab. Pieces of scrap payer in the back of the truck. I was grateful for courteous and competent service staff.
ANTHONY DThe person receiving the rental, said he would close my file immediately, so that I could process a refund for the dolly and pads I was not given, however that did not happen until 24 hours later.
JUAN,MANUEL CGas level was misrepresented. Had to go to a different location for supplies I needed.
