Unlike another location I frequent, the folk here did not assist with hooking up the transporter. Nor did they clear the snow that was piled up on and around it.

Location was adequate but didn’t have the normal U-haul inventory/accessories like straps and wiring stuff. The trailer I rented had a bad rear light that kept blowing the running light fuse and eventually the stop turn fuse. Ended up using magnetic lights to get my stuff done.
James STruck had 1/4 tank of fuel, cab was dirty, gas cap was broken on the truck. Only one person was in the store and had to repeatedly stop my rental process to wait on other customers.
MURRELL FI used the 24/7 rental app and the vehicle I reserved did not have its keys in proper location. U-Haul was great though and subbed a vehicle that was available there and larger for same price.
