Nothing! Uncle Rods team of employees at the best at customer service over all other U-Haul locations we have used. This was the 10th time we have rented a box truck and auto hauler in the last 3 years and they are head and shoulders above any other U-Haul rental facility. They also have the best maintained equipment. We have rented from other area U-Haul facilities in the past and will only use Uncle Rods in the future.

JONATHAN SThis place was amazing. Although your relocation services could use some help. Relocation a trailer for you guys was the biggest headache of my life I ended up having to contact uhaul four times to even get the extra added compensation they where promising so if you don't ask for it I would guess you just don't receive it. Not to mention customer service was extremely rude on both occasions that I called one of the ladies I talked to being named Crystal Richardson who talked in an inappropriate manner and was completely unhelpful and rude. I will never do your relocation service for you again and I would recommend no one else does either because the whole process is over the phone and they are extremely unhelpful rude and you have to fight to get what they even promised you.
