Inspect truck carefully before accepting

Michael MDue to some issues beyond my control I was unable to return the trailer to this location. He called me and harassed me after I had told him that I ran into some issues and but had dropped the trailer at another location. Then I’m charged almost another 400 dollars. I had this trailer 1 day yet the location I dropped it off never enter the return for another 6 days.
Kevin Fthis is located in a 1950s motel located off the business I-40 location in Elk City. There are no clear indicators where to drop off rentals or what might be available as the inventory is split between two locations. Cramped space that isn't really indicative of a U-Haul location.
