Picking up the key from a lock box is extremely difficult. I had two people trying to open it. Had to finally call the emergency number on the sign to get it opened. Took over 30 min of my rental time Took over 30 min to accomplish just getting the key.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHave a point of contact for the location. We tried to contact someone by phone, but it stated that it wasn't in service. I would not recommend this location if you want customer service of any type.
brian eEasy, breezy, beautiful old school market!
Autumn LThe pickup location was great it was the pick up experience that was not good. The app didn’t let me pick up the truck. I had to have assistance from the owner of the place I picked it up from and he had to my understanding re-reserve the uhaul for me.
Josh WTrailer had debris in it. There was no physical presence at location.
