I am not happy that u haul changed my pick up location , because they did not have 20’ trucks ..the representative that helped me book the truck did not advise unavailability … advised at 11th hour that my preferred drop off location was not available and I had to drive another 5O km to drop vehicle Not acceptable

Timothy EThe worst service ever as the owner was micro managing the employee over the phone with delay of our rental by one hour. You need to consider at least to refund a partial payment, as U-Haul customer for a long time the franchise should be taken away from the franchise holder.
Alnoor NThe location was changed last minute and it created a lot of anxiety for me with movers coming in and location being moved to a further away pick up location, when I specifically asked for the closer location from my house.
Rabilla WNo complaints only kudos….Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the fellow that we picked up the truck from so I do apologize. He was thorough with going over everything with us. The truck was clean and loaded with the blankets that we ordered. Once returned, we had issues with an incorrect invoice. We reached out on the number that was provided and he called us back in a timely manner although inspite of the fact he was done work for the day. He went that extra mile and corrected the invoice and credited our credit card. Kudos for this great customer service.
