agyekum sampongIt was overall experience..the only thing that was leading while pick up was the photo of green garbage bin. I believe description should make it clear as we kept looking for green bin for a while 😃 also while returning it says drop at door instead of near garbage bin as the back door itself also has a drop key box n instructions so that was confusing but then it mentioned the code so we decided to drop key from where we picked. Rest it was great

Due I got late truck I had to pay extra 1 and half hour. No customer care helped me for resolved this issue. Very bad and I had to pay for extra charges to my apartment building owner. Not happy at all.

Richa SinghThe online order did not go through. The vehicle was completely out of gas, and the fuel alarm came on as I left the parking lot. The vehicle was not clean on the exterior, at all. The clerk/manager I dealt with was totally disorganized, the app did not allow for an input of a picture of my driver’s license, which turned out to be unnecessary, and the redundancy of ‘needing’ to send pictures of fuel gauge and odometer to both Uhaul and the franchise’s owner Seemed pointless.

I will not recommend this location to anyone. Would recommend everyone to book directly with U-haul instead.

Daniel MitchellPlease check your booking process . I booked for 7 am and I was at the location but location was closed and app told me to come back 10 am when they will open . And later at 10 am app automatically changed pickup location to somewhere else without asking me . It was pathetic
Tarminder BaglaFirst I waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the spice store employee, who was busy unloading inventory.2 other customers spoke to him to finally get him to come talk to me. He then told me he wouldn't accept the truck drop off. He them phoned someone else on his cell phone who told me to drop it somewhere else. I showed him the contract printed at the pick up, showing drop off time and location, and that I was not driving anywhere else. He began swearing, and told the guy in the store to take the keys, and would say the truck had not been returned. That was when I called your customer service, and after 10 minutes or so, was finally greeted, and the woman, Stephanie, was able to confirm i had dropped off at the right location, and that all would be taken care of. She put me on hold for a manager, and when she came back told me to fill out the e-mail forms for reimbursement. On a separate note, the vehicle roof is leaking, as the inside of the truck near the front, not the back, where all of our boxes of books were soaked, and ruined, so the vehicle needs servicing, and we lost home items we were shipping because of this.

Jisen Wangi am rating such as i have rented from uhaul before and was treated with courtesy and respect however this experience has shown me a different side of your employees i have been treated ad a second class or lower than ,, if you will . as soon as the dealer renter reralized i am a an Indigenous person the attitude changed dramatically . I have been shown that attitudes are still there and will not change . if in the future , i hope to deal with your company again however will not be going back to that particular place Thank you

Amrik SekhonThe odometer on the truck did not work. I over-estimated the mileage on the initial check-in, and was overcharged. I even put in more gas than necessary. This location really owes me some money back at least with the mileage usage since I didn’t use what I estimated. Who do I contact to put in a complaint!

Frank THIELFirst of all, you have charged me more then my receipt states on my Mastercard. I have called my bank, and alerted them of your charges. Secondly, I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. it took thirty minutes to get my U Haul, I understood that there was issues w/getting through Scotia Bank credit card. The person that helped us said go ahead he would put the payment through. And then released the keys to us, then I see that you charged my Mastercard which you DID NOT have authorization to do. I suggest you clean up the difference in charges and if there is any further issues I will deal with you accordingly. What a horrible unprofessional way to run a business, I assure you I would not recommend you to anyone! Clean up your act!
Janice StefanicIt is hard to locate the key and not clear how to return the key after hours. Driving out or returning the vehicle is challenging as the surface of the parking lot was full of icy puddles which could stuck the truck.

Second off they sent me in a way in a truck that definitely needed servicing and ended up costing me a ton of gas as a result and now I have mysterious charges on my credit card that I haven’t been notified of why. Staff they were rude when I spoke to them and the pick up was difficult due to poorly kept walks and hidden key placement

Spencer KaplanIt was a waste of my time and money. The truck I was driving had a stolen plate on which led me getting pulled over and wasted my 2 hours. I paid movers 100 for free for those 2 hours and they also left waiting for me. So I ended up moving by myself and it took me all day. So no I would not even rent U-Haul again after this experience. It was a huge waste of my time and money.

The app was slow and unresponsive, which made it difficult to manage my reservation. The online check-in system was also slow and caused me to waste time trying to complete the process. I believe that improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the customer experience. Additionally, I had trouble with the customer service representatives. Every time I called for assistance, I received different advice from different representatives. This inconsistency made it difficult to get accurate information and resolve my issues. I believe that providing consistent and clear advice to customers is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. In conclusion, while I appreciate the convenience of using U-Haul, I was disappointed with the quality of your app and online check-in system, as well as the inconsistent customer service. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Angelina EvansWindshield wipers were defective & didn’t work and the weather wasn’t get & roads were slushy. Check in was sub par & very difficult. Had to try to sign in 6 times. Original check in was not communicated properly. I hope we never had to use you again. By the time we got the truck it was almost an hour & we had to pay movers for a hour the didn’t work because the truck was not there. Very disappointed in your service and the truck was in very bad shape, very dirty.

Richard WillimusService was not good. Rude on the phone. Hung up on me before I could even reply. They wanted to close early since we were the only customer left. They charged us for the moving cart that we did not ask for. It was still zip tied up, yet they said we used it. Would definitely not recommend this place.

titilola adeagboOverall, we are happy with Uhaul. However, I would of appreciated the inside of the truck to be as clean as explained that we should be leaving it. I bought detail wipes to make sure I didn't leave a mess. I wiped the seats, floor, dash, steering wheel, cupholders, etc. They were pretty gross. Considering I was only in the truck for around 1 hour of driving time, I figured it hadn't been appropriately cleaned before I received it. Also, a little difficult to find.

Ehrn NorrisIt was my first experience and I had expected a better organized location. He seemed really busy. I do as a customer felt I should’ve read all the conditions better which was my fault. I’ll do better. I was taken aback the amount of money I had to give just to go across the city which left me having to scrounge for gas money for the u haul. I was worried I wasn’t going to get some of my money back but thanks to him for giving me a good amount of refund back.
Janelle SpryBecause an in town truck wasn't available I had to travel to a different city to get a truck and pay triple the amount as I was forced to pay for a one way. Every experience with this company has been extremely negative. The next time I move I will definitely be looking for other options.
Leah UmphreyI booked a truck and they call me that I can have for 24 Hrs that I need it to returned at 8:00am I told them that it didn't work for me, so, the lady offer me a Van. Later on the day I received a message that the van needs to be returned at 8:00am, I pick it up a noon. this is a way to scam. I rent it a truck 20" from the location on 51 St, I pick it up after 5:00pm and I have for 24 hours and It was cheaper than the Van. I don't recommend this location, he put the charge as cleaning and the van was perfect.
Carolina MontufarThe app should tell us what % the fuel needs to return with when we start the dropoff process. I had to guess from memory what it was because I couldn't figure out how to see the pic I took of the fuel during the pickup process.
Rumi MohammadHorriffic experience!!! Never return a rented truck when no employee is present there because they are crooks, will accuse you of stealing when you have picture proof showing that everything was dropped. I rented a u-haul truck and a dolly; returned everything and clicked picture showing dolly was inside the truck. Still they accused me that dolly wasn’t returned and charged me $105. Worst experience ever. Will never go back to them.
Jagjeet KHANGURAIt feels rather sketchy to have a line of customers at the top of a steep flight of stairs, including the fact there is a sign on the door stating 'keep closed - fire door'. A non responsive point of sale adds to the experience.

Ron pettitTerrible experience the gas was on empty so I had to get gas before I started moving and the wheel alignment was Terrible very dangerous and worst of all the customer service he tried to keep my down deposits for something unrelated to the u haul overall it felt like shady business I will probably never use this company again
