I informed the personal that the truck was not running properly and check engine light was on. It kept trying to stall and would not go into gear well. It felt unsafe to drive.

Clerk had issues with both check in and out, truck had an errors with the gass lid sensor and truck was dirty
Chris TMy booked time of puck up was before the shop opened. Then the booking was changed to the time the shop was to open. The shop opened a half hour late. The uhaul staff in the phone were excellent.
Timothy SEquipment/truck was clean, and the pick up location was nice / friendly, but the transmission was completely shot. What could've been a smoother / faster move was extended time-wise as it was very difficult to get the truck to operate properly on the first type every time (when starting it up, driving in general, parking & doing a few point turn to par properly was the worse part and took multiple attempts and patience to get it to work right).
Jenaya HU Haul vehicle was dirty with nearly empty tank. Customer service provided by the owner to upon receipt of the unit, and later I noted that I was over charged for equipment that was not provided, then double charged for the same equipment upon return. The staff member upon returning the unit was pleasant, but did not know how to reimburse for the overcharges, and had no clear directions for next steps. I had to ask for a phone number and availability of the owner, whom is not readily available to answer customer concerns. I will be required to follow up via phone call and attempt to remedy this. Overall poor experience.
