How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe bill included a car that I was transferred to because the car I ordered was not available. They also charged me for fuel, even though I filled it up to the level that was there before I left. I took pictures. They also didn't take into account the discount for not having a car available.
Oleksandr KIn an Alberta winter, I would save yourself time and just use the main U-Haul store. This location was not open for a 10am pickup. It took 45 minutes just to get into the truck. The app crashed several times during the process. In fact, every time you try to upload a picture of yourself/ID it crashed. There was a foot of snow and ice to scrape off, both the padlock was frozen and the cargo door was frozen closed. Luckily I had a jug of washer fluid I had to dump all over the back just to get into the truck. I would recommend anyone looking for this service to get it from a location that is actually open. Self checkin is convenient, but not in -20!

The truck I reserved was not there and they tried to say I was late when I had reserved my original truck for 8 hours not 7 The store smelled like marijuana and there were kids running around. They look like a grungy smoke shop. The truck was filthy and had a large bookshelf and random items. Had to sweep it out. I will never return or recommend anyone go there for anything.
Amy UI had to go out of my way to get blankets and a dolly that wasn't ready for me. Then I get charged for a furniture dolly I didn't even get.
