anne wThe truck cargo area had a terrible smell, it wasn’t cleaned out after it was supposed to be cleaned out. I had to wash it at a car wash, drive extra miles not on my route to go to car wash, and the engine light was on. I called customer service and still waiting to hear back from them as too what they are gonna do for me.
Warren FGive me a refund. Due to the fact that the 15ft unit reserved wasn't available Sunday at 3:30 pm I was forced to rent a larger 20ft that we discovered had it's engine light on. I called your agent and was informed we would only pay the same as ordered. Then we only drove 2 miles and returned it shiortly afterwards. And still got charged for it. It was ordered on my Master card and I would like a refund
