Have the vehicles in a different location. Alley is filled with drug needs and dirty cloths. Showe be in a well lite parking spot
Curtis HMy reservation was cancelled by accident, but the customer service agent on the phone as well as the cashier both made sure the error was amended and I still was able to get the truck on time.
Brianna LWe had to go out the back door of a very cluttered convenience store. The truck was buried in snow. It was a very tight spot to back out of onto a busy back alley. The girls in the store seemed very disorganized and unsure. One didn't even speak English. One in the truck there was a message as soon as I started it saying low left front tire. I rent with uhaul for every and any move and do jot want to return to this location ever again.
