Train the employees to service the customer! Two hours and returning twice to the location?!?! Employee had to contact the manager numerous, not 2-3 times, but multiple times just to complete the rental!!

james sDidn't have it ready for us, didnt have the right equipment for us either. Took an hour from start to finish to get the uhaul.
Courtney GThe rental van was not ready on time, however I did get a credit from U-haul as it was guaranteed. When i drove the van the check engine light came on and the van lost power when I stepped on the gas. I tried to extend the rental on the app and that wasn't working. They were abrupt when they called and wanted the van back by 6:00 pm even though I rented for the day. I told them that I could get the van back by 7:30 pm and the guy on the phone said that he would charge me for another days rental, so I told him that I was not bringing the van back until the next day. I was told to return the van by 8:00 am the next morning, when I got there at 8:00 am the store was closed. I waited for 15 min. and left cause no one showed up. I called the number that had called the evening before and and left a message about the return. Got back home and 10 mins. later got a call to return the keys to the van. I would definitely review that location and re-assign your product to some one more competent. Regards, Unsatisfied Customer
