I was promised at $50 guaranteed rental rebate because they had to switch my pickup to a location further away and that's the only reason I agreed to paying more for the mileage. I have not seen this rebate payment yet??

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUhaul, allows drivers to present their foreign licenses to rent a truck as long as they provide the international license, passport and secondary piece of ID, but during this experience which would be my second time renting a truck I was not allowed to rent the truck with my Ecuadorian passport. Which delayed the rent of the truck by almost 20 minutes.

Brandon PHad a 2 day reservation which was paid for. Took over an hour to get the keys as the U-Haul had been double booked. Staff was rude, back door didn't latch properly. Place was closed when I dropped it off at my scheduled time so had to wait 30 min. Moving is stressful, using U-Haul made it worse. Did talk to a GM and thankfully she got the keys released to me so I could actually go and do my move. She was the only staff member that was helpful and not rude
