Pick up location had been moved but was informed in the App and by personal phone call. Truck, hand cart and blankets already to go. Truck performed flawlessly over 800 mile journey, most through the Rockies. Thanks much!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no way to drop off the key. The buisness was closed and key box is gone. So I have to go out of my way to drop it off tomorrow. The area is a rough neighbourhood, i will not be requesting from this location again.
Ron CJaygo Auto pick up/ drop off location is very convenient. Moe is professional/friendly & helpful. I called to see what time they are closing, Moe said he closing right at that moment but he said he can wait for us. The pick/drop off process went very well.
Sabina TThis was a really difficult location to find. When we arrived to pick up the trailer there was no one there. He was about 35 mins late. We had to go to a store to get a different wiring attachment which would have been ideal of one was available to purchase on site. Caused a bit of a delay waiting and then having to go get the wiring attachment. The man we dealt with was good once he arrived.
