No personnel was there to receive / check in the vehicle. It was a small but functional facility as best i could tell.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI’m not sure if this was the fault of the location or of reservations, but not only was my initial location changed, but when I showed up to pick up the truck, there was no one at this service station. I had to call reservations and they had to do everything for me over the phone. No one indicated that this was a dropbox pick up in which I had to submit my license and paperwork through the app. In addition, I had requested a Dolly and there was no Dolly present. The person on the phone indicated that I could go to another location, but my time was needed for this pick up / time and therefore I could not spend time driving to another location And to top it off, the interior of the truck smelled like extreme body odor.
JOSEPH LThe drop off is on a busy road, it was impossible to back the trailer in without blocking traffic.
Michael BThe sales clerk was an hour late getting us out keys. Then he used profanity at my fiance (ON OUR WEDDING DAY)!!!!!!! He said " We should be more Fucking organized" and gave the middle finger. Then I got a call from a U-Haul representative and said that I would be arrested for vehicle theft if I hung up the phone. All the while I was trying on my wedding suit and already an hour late because of the asshole from earlier. So I stayed on the line for 35 minutes trying to give them a picture of my license. But the damn U-Haul website was not working and kept making me do it over and over and over and over 4 times. Til he said just text it to his private number. Then when it was it finally done he had the audacity say "Have a nice day". Really they made me late, threatened me verbally, used profanity at me , and then threatened me with being arrested. I am never using this service again.
