The pick up location was so remote that there was no cell service or spotty service to complete the pick up process. Was not aware that this was a self-pick up. It took nearly an hour to finally get the program to work. Called your area service line and was told that I needed to follow the prompts. When we expressed it was asking for passport info, which we wouldn’t have needed to travel from Vermont to Maine…at least two of your customer service reps said we can’t help you with that! Disgusted, stressful, and will probably never rent from uhaul again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU-Haul changed the pickup location from my original reservation location on the day before I was scheduled to pick up the trailer . I had to travel 30 extra miles to pick up the trailer which was incredibly inconvenient.
Brian BWhen dropping off in East Montpelier know that the owner is rude and will probably be “too busy” to help you, I was the only customer at the location. Buffy was great she doesn’t work for the U-Haul part of the business-she was lovely and took my keys with a smile. The dog was sweet and super cute too.
Kenna COften difficult to access the Uhaul APP at this location due to poor cell signal. Not fault of the location... but a wifi signal accessible from the location would help checkout and returns.
