They had no control over the mishandling by the Alabama u haul and they called the 800 number and we were not helped with the issue. The woman on the phone said well just do the return and see what it says!! Really. You all gave me a contract saying it cost a certain amount them when it was delivered to Early Texas (which was confirmed with a customer service call right after renting in Alabama) your folks had no way of helping with the situation? Bull!

returning outside business hours was cumberson and difficult. too many steps and needs to be more user friendly, expecially for senior citizens like myself who are not as technology knowledgeable as those who are younger. I had to get help to get through the whole return process. This will probably influence my decision to not rent from u'haul in the future.

I had looked at the prices online the night before and was quoted $77, but did not rent online at that time because my son and nephew were going to be picking up the dolly the next day and I didn't know if they would be able to pick it up if it was rented in my name and with my debit card. When they got there, the staff member informed them that the total would be about $180.00. When I asked why the huge price difference, the staff member could not explain. I asked him the base price without taxes and insurance and he said he did not know. He said not to book it online because it would take a lot longer, but while I was on the phone, I booked it online and it was ready almost immediately. The dolly worked just fine, I just felt that the staff member who worked with us was being shady, and my son and nephew said they got the same feeling.

Staff was very helpful. Helped me locate a blown fuse for trailer lights which would have prevented me from renting trailer. Even waited pasted closing for me to get a new fuse and allow to rent the trailer!

The young gentleman, I believe his name was Zayne, was exceptional! Very helpful and kind, he realized I had never rented a trailer before and proceeded to provide a superior experience by explaining all the details of the contract and physical hookup of the trailer to my vehicle.

When I broke my two ankles while they were at our rental house, they not only helped & showed concern for me but for my husband by returning the next day. Please extend our thanks to them. The contract stated that my return destination was in Brady, 12 miles from my location. I received a text saying that it was in Early which was 45 miles away. I contacted the location in Early to find out why and was told that I would be charged an extra fee to turn it in at a different location even though the contract stated Brady. This took time and money away that we didn't have to travel the 45 miles to Early and back to our new home. I was lucky to receive the text since service in that area is very weak. I think this was a huge failure on the part of U Haul.

We are from out of state and this is our 3rd time using Uhaul serives in Texas and each time is pleasant and the young man that always assist us is extremely helpful and a very hard worker. Nice young man.

Did not have the truck we wanted, but he said he'd give us the next size up for the same price. He didn't. We were charged for the larger truck. We were also told that we could use our phone to pick up the truck, but if we came in after the agreed time, we'd be charged extra, so he put our pick-up time at 10pm when we said we'd be there at 8. The system doesn't work that way. You have to pick up the truck AFTER the designated time, so we sat on their lot dealing with customer service for almost an hour getting the time moved back.

They tore my love seat. They got my couch dirty; it had a black mark on it and it was dirty. They lied when they told me that my couch and love seat would fit in the trailer. My furniture had to be stuff inside.
