When we picked up the trailer one tire was flat and the attendant put air in it. 16 miles down the road it was flat again. When we filled it we found a large hole with the air just flowing out. We called the attendant who said we have to call the U-Haul assistance line but t could take 3 to 5 hours to get help. We were not able to sit on the side of the road for 3 to 5 hours so we had to go buy a new tire and put it on.
