Very unorganized couldn’t get truck on time truck was rented to someone else knowing it was reserved no signal their to do online pick up and no WiFi for customers can’t return vehicle after hours no parking vehicle wasn’t checked in from previous last minute customer vehicle was dirty in moving area and dining area just a total disappointment from a company I use anytime I move or move someone

After being unable to complete self pick up at another location, this location made up for it with TOP LEVEL customer care. I will only be renting from this location in the future.

Janet MThe truck was a little rough, but was told so. It was the perfect size. The lady was fantastic. Nothing really to improve.
Dakota LNo one was available for us to check in/out. Had a key drop which was definitely a plus. Limited parking for a combo unit, other than that everything was smooth.
