I had ordered an applicance dolly and 6 pads, and they were not in the truck. Also, the online pick-up and return process was not smooth, as the system kept complaining that I needed to upload a more recente Picture, even though I was just taking them in the moment. I was not able to successfuly complete the return, and I ended up getting charged for the dolly and pads, even though I never got them. I have used this location twice before, and it was smooth, as the gentleman who runs it was there. But I will never use the online pick-up / return, ever again.

The place wasn't well maintained. The guy running the establishment took forty minutes to check the trailer out (I had a reservation and card on file) and there was no one in line ahead of me. After taking the trailer back to my place I opened it up to find it half full of someone else's stuff. At that point I had to drive back to the facility and ask them to empty the trailer for me. Horrible experience.

The attendant was unable to come up with my reservation although he had called me to confirm shortly before. He charged more than my agreed price, and scheduled the drop off further away than we requested. The final paperwork showed a different city than I had requested or than we had agreed upon. It took so long for his slow computer and printer to work that we just grabbed the truck and left. I definitely recommend that if you are renting from this location, take advantage of the precheck in and maybe it will save you money and a headache.

For a first time U-Haul user, this service was very confusing and misleading. The website allowed me to select a pick up and drop off location--the former being not actually available. So instead I had to drive 10 miles out of town (meaning I was charged 10 miles just to get back into town) to pickup the truck. At no point did the website or owner at PSC inform me that we could have saved $100 by just dropping the U-haul back off at the same location. Seeing as we only moved from Chapel Hill to Raleigh, this would have been great information to have, especially for young professionals with very little money as is. Beyond that, the recommended drop off point was further from our apartment than the Commercial Ave location that I had looked up previously. I'm not sure where the disconnect with all this was but needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. Other than that, the truck worked well and got the job done.

Please ensure that all 3rd party Uhaul service locations have high speed internet access of at least 20 mbps so paperwork processing can be done quickly. I had to wait 40 minutes for rental pick-up paperwork processing due to a bad internet connection at my pick up location. In fact, the internet was down for non-weather and non-car accident reasons. The rental truck service provider eventually had to call a national service line to process my reservation and I could not sign the rental contract. I did get a copy of the contract by email for my records.

Teach this man how to use the software. He messed up the order so badly that when we went to drop it off it was about to charge us nearly four hundred dollars over what it was supposed to. We also had to sit in his office for an hour and a half for him to figure out how to rent us the truck. This experience has been such a headache that I doubt we will be renting a uhaul again. The worst part is he was in contact with his supervisor during the process and it still came out horribly wrong.

The location appeared closed with a note on the door with a number to contact and then we were instructed to just drop the key in the drop box... oh because we arrived earlier than our drop off time... as he pointed out to us (which was unprofessional since we could drop off the vehicle at any time before our due time).

No one was present when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time. Had to call a number listed on the "Call for U-Hal" sign posted on door and waited another 30 min. The location was a mess-smelled like urine and animals and the house looked like it was about to fall over. There was a sign in the office that said "sexual harassment will not be reported but it will be graded". I am a 27 year old female completely alone with an older male-not comforting. The trailer was filled with broken glass when I got it home and took me another hour to get cleaned out. Never using U-Haul again and will never recommend this location.

First the reservation waa made at 9:30. When i arrived at this location at 2:25. It was closed he had gone home for the day. I clled the number on the door and he told me it would take at least 15 to 20 minutes to get there. Then it took another 20 min to do the paper work. 45 minutes has gone by. When i returned it today to the Maryland location he was not professional. You have a ganrutee policy or recieved 50.00. With this being said i think i deserve a discount. I will use another rentl next time.

This was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. Picked up my truck, dropped it off before the time allotted and even filled up the truck from 7/16 to 1/2 a tank (above what I was suppose to). Man at desk made a huge mistake. Mixed up my truck with another persons and charged me 55.00 for their missing gas. Contacted the business Saturday- Wednesday no response. Finally had a chance to stop at the location which was not open. Called the number that was posted on the front of business. Said they would refund me back the 55 dollars. I have yet to see my refund in my bank account. I have contacted my bank and will report them to the BBB. Horrible.

First of all, the owner of the location wasnt there at my reservation time I called the number that was posted on the door and was told that I had to wait 30 mins for him to come back because he didn't know about a reservation. I returned the truck the same day after usage I was allowed 60 miles I only went 27 miles and he called and told me that I was to be charged $40 extra because I went over mileage then he said because I kept the truck an extra day. I've done neither. I will never ever rent Uhaul again!!!! I will be posting about this matter on social media.

The rental establishment was okay, the businessman took quite some time accessing my reservation and processing my contract, etc., but that was bearable. My problem was in leaving the truck and receiving inaccurate charges. The next day I was charged an additional $30.00 for EZ fuel fill-up. I have pictures showing that I left the gas at the same points. I have rented U-Haul trucks in the RTP area over a span of 10 years and have never been overcharged. I definitely will not recommend this location and will be renting from Penske for all my moving needs.

The Agent is good with answering the call. The only issue i had was that i had to confirm that the track is still available even if the tool shows it is available in that location. I was told that the request will be routed to next agent. The agent called me that the track is still available three hours later
