Dirty environment. Charged for damage that I didn't cause. Never gave me a dolly and was still charged for one.

Mile gauge value 77540.2 is correct. When I took the truck the fuel was between 3/4th and 7/8th but when I returned it was FULL. Please find the photo below which I took when I returned it. So I need to get the refund for the overfill of the fuel amount 3/4th and FULL. The fuel amount was not calculated properly.

Communication with UHaul was terrible. To start, I reserved a 17' truck but was only given a 15' truck. I asked for a price reduction because I did not get the product that I reserved but was not given one. When UHaul called to confirm my reservation I could not answer the phone because I was at work so the UHaul representative made arrangements without my input. Since this happened two days before my scheduled move I did not have the opportunity to cancel my reservation, which I would have if I had known my truck size was downgraded without a price concession. The representative stated that a 15' truck could easily move my 2 bedroom townhome. This is not correct. I had to make an extra trip to complete the move, which increased my mileage that I paid for. The location to pick up the UHaul truck is not convenient to a gas station. I will not be using UHaul again.

Trying to return the uhaul was a nightmare - the location i was first sent to was out-of-buiness. I called uhaul - was a 45 min on hold wait - while waiting i found a place with uhauls parked outside - i stopped and they would not take the uhaul but sent me to this presicion place- This place was closed and looked shut-down. I left the trailer there and was worried about being charged for a stolen trailer. I called uhaul waited on hold for 45 more minutes and explained it too the lady - she was very nice and helpful but waiting for 45min to talk to a human is unacceptable - hire more ppl

The gentleman was friendly and kind but had no experience with computers. We spent hours trying to get our rental done. We were charged for an appliance dolly rental that never got put on the truck and we were set to leave that day. We ended up hours behind schedule and nearly missed out on our moving help. It was a very rough experience.

I had ordered an applicance dolly and 6 pads, and they were not in the truck. Also, the online pick-up and return process was not smooth, as the system kept complaining that I needed to upload a more recente Picture, even though I was just taking them in the moment. I was not able to successfuly complete the return, and I ended up getting charged for the dolly and pads, even though I never got them. I have used this location twice before, and it was smooth, as the gentleman who runs it was there. But I will never use the online pick-up / return, ever again.

The place wasn't well maintained. The guy running the establishment took forty minutes to check the trailer out (I had a reservation and card on file) and there was no one in line ahead of me. After taking the trailer back to my place I opened it up to find it half full of someone else's stuff. At that point I had to drive back to the facility and ask them to empty the trailer for me. Horrible experience.

The attendant was unable to come up with my reservation although he had called me to confirm shortly before. He charged more than my agreed price, and scheduled the drop off further away than we requested. The final paperwork showed a different city than I had requested or than we had agreed upon. It took so long for his slow computer and printer to work that we just grabbed the truck and left. I definitely recommend that if you are renting from this location, take advantage of the precheck in and maybe it will save you money and a headache.

For a first time U-Haul user, this service was very confusing and misleading. The website allowed me to select a pick up and drop off location--the former being not actually available. So instead I had to drive 10 miles out of town (meaning I was charged 10 miles just to get back into town) to pickup the truck. At no point did the website or owner at PSC inform me that we could have saved $100 by just dropping the U-haul back off at the same location. Seeing as we only moved from Chapel Hill to Raleigh, this would have been great information to have, especially for young professionals with very little money as is. Beyond that, the recommended drop off point was further from our apartment than the Commercial Ave location that I had looked up previously. I'm not sure where the disconnect with all this was but needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. Other than that, the truck worked well and got the job done.
