Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAnts were in back of truck. Also they lied about my gas level and tried to charge me $70 for gas not knowing I took a picture of my gas level before I dropped keys off. Called corporate and reported them.
Jovan mThe agent(uhaul rep) was not there when I arrived to pick up rental. One of the barbers had to call him for me to get a key. Upon return of the rental, a charge($15) was added that I did not ask for when I made the original reservation. I was told that the charge would be deleted, it wasn't. I call uhaul customer service and thankfully they were able to reverse/refund the overcharge.
EUSTACESYLVESTER Feverything was quick and easy! would've been 5 stars if it didn't send me to wrong location so i wasted about 20-30 mins figuring all that out.. other than that everything was amazing
Sinnclaire CThese guys are awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and they really know how to take care of their customers. I dropped off my U-Haul here after a long moving day. The pickup location didn’t have the furniture dolly I had reserved, so moving everything was a lot harder than expected. When I got here, these guys had exactly the heavy-duty dolly I needed and rented it. It made a huge difference. Really friendly, welcoming people and great customer service. Definitely recommend this place!
