The Uhaul broke down in a remote area. I fixed it. The location was closed and gated on the weekend, when I was due to return it. I was charged over $100 for the extra time even though I could not return it to a gated lot with nobody there. I woukd like that extra refunded. If not, I will pursue the return of my $ in small claims court.

RAYMOND CThe piece of equipment was dropped off after hours on Father’s Day. I have dropped off other pieces of equipment at this same place and the staff was amazing.
Richard KThe proprietor did a great job of fixing the issues with the lighting on the trailer. The only problem had nothing to do with the location or the proprietor. The problem was that the trailer indicated it had brakes but the brakes on the trailer did not work.
Sam SI was charged for a dolly that I never got. Called back to report this. I was told I would be refunded however I was only refunded for the gas they thought I used but did not.
