I ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and 12 moving pads and asked the day before if they would be there in the uhaul which the worker said yes! It wasn't so I had to a different location and pick them up which was the original pick up place. (Which they didn't have the supplies I needed.) Making me 30 - an hour late of moving.

I had to walk into a shop to find someone, confusing directions to a lot next door. Not good!
Dan HGuys fixed a wiring problem w our car so we could be on our way. Kurt, Rich, & Austin are the best.
Hilary GApp does not work at this location, due to shop and trucks being several blocks from where they actually are. Unable to check in myself due to app thinking we are not at the location. Fortunately, staff was there before listed business hours and were helpful.
Thomas II stopped in to drop off a trailer, and had a hard time finding anyone inside. Somebody finally popped out of an office, but said that the person responsible for taking drop offs wasn't in, and that I could still leave it there and he'd check it over and turn it in when he gets back in. Days went by and I finally got an email saying it had been turned in, but they charged me for an extra day (it was dropped off well before the agreed upon time). I called customer service and explained what happened and they said they'd refund me for the extra day. They did refund it, but not for the entirety of the extra amount they'd charged me -it was a few bucks short. I didn't bother calling customer service again to fix it, because it took forever to get ahold of them the first time on account of talking to recordings and sitting on hold forever.
