I had a pretty good experience once I took the truck back to the new location. Not sure if I would have come back to the old dive location.

Do verification so when you get there to pickup a truck, it shouldn't take numerous calls and an HOUR AND A HALF to finally get truck. Extremely pissed off over that.
ted R.We filled the gas to within the circled contacts approximately 2 miles from drop off. They still manage to add 2 more gallons at approximately $4.80 per gallon!
HELEN C.I dropped the truck off on time, replaced the gas I used, took photos of the truck and put the keys in the drop box. Followed all the steps in the contract BUT where I dropped the truck off at, Central Auto, they said it was late and not filled with gas which is NOT true and I have a receipt. They charged me an additional $103 and when I called customer service for assistance at Uhaul, the woman was very rude and didn't want to listen. I'll never use uhaul again because their follow up is crap
