Jodi AThe customer service was excellent and I loved that my truck was clean, ready and all fueled up! Thank you!
Gail GDropped off with more gas than when I picked it up and was charged for two extra gallons of gas.
DARLA HIt was easy to rent the truck using my phone. When picking up the truck you must use the UHaul app and choose to get your truck before any code is sent to you to open the lock box containing your key. Also don't return your key to the lock box until after you have gone through all the steps necessary and taken many photos of the vehicle for your protection and UHaul. The dealership was friendly and helpful when I inquired about how to rent a truck.
