The van was given to us in a horrible state. Trash and sticky residue all over the place, took an hour to clean before we could use it.

The only issue I had was that someone had left a cigarette butt in the cup holder, but I didn't even realize that until I stuck a water bottle in there and it sat off balance.
Jonathan PCustomer service was extraordinary. We had been inconvenienced with our original rental pickup; it was supposed to be in Christiansburg. The representative in Dublin was extremely accommodating, helpful and very pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a box of broken glass in the back of the truck and the cup holders had remnants of a spilled drink.
Susan CMake sure equipment is ready. Took at least 1/2 hour to undo the straps that go over the front tires where they were knotted inside the hand winch mechanism. Previous person had created several knots. So it put my itenarary behind at my destination stop!
Alan KI am grateful that this location was able to rent us a van after our own 2022 truck broke down on I-81. We couldn't find a rental car anywhere and needed to get to a wedding in Charlottesville. Our tow truck driver told us to try U-Haul. The Dublin storage staff was helpful. if the van was a bit dirty, we were happy to overlook that to get back on the road. We made a unique entrance to the wedding venue. U-Haul saved the weekend.
