I would recommend this location, but the U-Haul experience overall was poor. The location I originally chose didn't have the equipment, so the scheduler directed me to another location that did. However, when I went to pick up the trailer, that location was closed and I had to spend an hour on the phone, then another hour racing around to get to a location that had the equipment before it closed. I didn't get the boxes I ordered, which created another problem. I was also told that I'd only be billed for two days since the day I wanted to pickup was a Sunday and everyone was closed. I was billed for 3 instead. I'd be very reluctant to recommend U-Haul to anyone, sadly. I've generally had good experiences, but for the next move I'll likely look at a competitor.
