Agent was rude, unwilling to identify damages to truck apon pick up, also booked a dolly online and there were none at location, agent wasnt going to refund me and we had to have a discussion. Truck was filthy inside and out, I mean filthy! Location was absolutely ridiculous, experience was very disappointing for Drayton Valley location.

Wayne CThe 1-800# told us we’d have a dolly and a furniture dolly. The pickup location didn’t have either. At pickup the trailer didn’t have a jack so my husband had to pick the 12’ trailer up BY HIMSELF to hook it into the truck. The other new trailer on site had a flat that the manager didn’t even know about. Every time I called the pickup location there was no answer so I called the second business onsite and he repeatedly told me to just call the 1-800#; which gave me incorrect information anyways. This is the second time we’ve used U-Haul and both times had a terrible experience. If we had other options we’d go elsewhere. We will never recommend U-Haul. What is the point of pre-booking online when you can never guarantee anything?
Merv WI filled it up to the specified amount and you went and charged me another $35.00 to add even more, which is basically theft. Thanks again for that. This is what happens when companies get too big. They just turn into money hungry, corporate jerks that have no problem hurting one or two customers along the way.
