Explain the new process to return a vehicle after hours. I filled my truck up I made sure it was clean I lock the doors and drop the keys. Logged in to process the return only to realize I was supposed to take a picture of the miles, gas and the truck. I had already left the location

Try not to give the customer the worst truck on the lot. Also the lady at the counter could be a little more personable.
I reserved a pickup truck three weeks ago online, but when I arrived there were no pickup trucks available because someone had not returned theirs on-time. That's unacceptable. A reservation and a confirmation should mean than when I show up, what I reserved is there for me. The folks there made it right and gave me a box truck instead at the same mileage rate as the pickup would have been, but I still couldn't believe that something I reserved three weeks ago wasn't there when I showed up! Everyone was great and made it all work OK. Except that we couldn't get our key to turn in the ignition about 20 times. When we returned the truck, the explanation was, "Yep, they're getting old. Sometimes they won't turn over." So, in summary, I didn't get what was confirmed in my order three weeks ago. But they made it right. But when we had problems with the truck, all we got was, "Yep. They're old." Reservation process was excellent. Folks at the shop were great and made it right. But I need to know that the truck will actually work when i have it!

This entire rental was a train wreck.. how does the scheduler call and schedule a location that is closed on the day I need to pick up? I requested and modified my reservation so I could pick up at one location and did she do that? Absolutely not. Calling customer service was also a horrible experience as the rep wanted me to pick up the trailer without a truck... I had to explain three times to her and she kept telling me I was at the wrong location to get the trailer... then she transferred and hung up on me.. did she call back.. nope I had to call back again wasting more that 40 minutes just calling U-Haul.. I drove to the original location that I scheduled with and they fixed the reservation but when he scheduled the drop off it was 8 miles away when there was one right down the street.. overall I think this has been a horrible experience

Location was fine. First location didn't have vehicle in stock so I called customer service who directed me to this place, but said I could return to the first location. Come to find out that wasn't true. I did get a $50 discount, but put more miles on the rental. Much bigger hassle than I wanted it to be, but not the fault of the people at this place.
All thought the service at this location was great. The experience was horrible. My original reservation was canceled after 20 minutes late pickup. Which caused a two-hour delay in my scheduled event. Your online service had me going to places where there weren't any trucks available.
I was so impressed with the customer service at Douglasville location on highway 5. When they hooked up the trailer to my truck they realize that the blinkers were not working. They took the time to locate the blown fuse on my truck and replace it. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends needing to rent a U-Haul. Also I was so surprised by the reasonable price for one of the small U-Haul trailers. I will definitely be renting one more often to help with moving. Thank you so much.

I would have felt more comfortable if the attendant wore a mask, especially due the nature of it's business. Everything else was good.
