The side-view mirrors could not be adjusted by hand and needed an Allen wrench. Suggest making the customer aware and helping them adjust if necessary.

This location was fine. I had a reservation at a different location who didn't have my truck. So it cost me an extra $60 due to my mileage. I had to drive an extra 65 miles plus fuel. S. Carroll location is very disorganized.

When I booked by reservation I specifically asked for an 8 foot pickup truck. Luckily the location less than a mile away from my house populated in my search saying it had one. I did this late Thursday night early Friday morning time. I awoke Friday morning to an email stating that my pickup location was now going to be 15 miles away in Douglasville. So now that's a 30 mile round trip that I've got to pay mileage for which I think is absolutely ridiculous as I picked a much closer location. Also upon arriving in Douglasville the truck that was available absolutely reeked of marijuana and none of the staff seemed to care after being told. So now my ride for my home improvement plan has doubled in price because uhaul messed up the booking and I'm sitting in someones hotbox for the duration. Quality of service has severely gone down at uhaul. I'll look into other alternatives next time around.

location drove me nuts. no left hand turns near this location, so there was extra hassle getting around the block in heavy traffic after fueling truck. 30 minutes to do a 5 minute job. other than that, experience was great.

Make sure the gas information is correct and when the customer informs the staff that it is incorrect they should automatically print a new receipt reflecting that information. I had to go back in the office 2 additional times to recieve an accurate receipt.

I prefer to use this company but after my recent experience I may consider going elsewhere. For one I was charged I believe way too much. I was only offered it for 6 hours then but needed it d for the whole weekend. I said I was only going 40 miles I paid 81.00$. had to got funiture in Atlanta what's close I was getting items from offer up. The truck was not on full. I spent over 75$ trying to keep it on half the was I got it. Took it back and nothing. Guy took the keys and that was to that. At 6:34am my card was charged for 153.00$ I mean dang I will admit. I was late bringing it back. All I'm saying is 300$ for only 24 hours.

It called a week in advance to the you haul customer service to reserve a Van and when I got to the actual uhaul place their system was down so they weren't sure if they had a truck but they ended up finding one but other than that it was perfectly fine

Upon picking up the truck and verifying the mileage and gas, I realized that what they had was inaccurate for the gas. I went back inside to have someone come out to correct it and had to wait quite a while for someone to come out as they had moved on to other Customers and I was no longer important. I was made to feel as if they already had my money so I could wait. My return was no problem because they were closed; however, I woke up to a email with an inaccurate invoice. They had charged me for going a little over 42 miles when I had actually only gone about 14 (estimated 15 at the time of pick-up). I called 5 different times to get this issue rectified and was told that someone would contact me within 72 hours which was unacceptable. I had to get upset in order for them to take me serious and was then told that they would send the Manager from the location an email to contact me as they were to busy to accept calls and that the calls were rolling over to the Call Center. Needless to say, I am still awaiting a phone call but I did receive an email stating that they would be refunding my card for the overage. I have yet to receive an apology for the error and will be monitoring my account for my refund. BE CAREFUL with this location because it is obvious that they will swindle you out of every dime they can.
