Reserved the equipment thru the Kennesaw location. The equipment was picked up at a third-party location. Had a tire issue that was brushed over. After packing the truck full, the next morning the truck tire was noticeably low. took it to where I reserved the rental. Had to wait until roadside assistance changed the tire. Lost between 2-3 hours and had to spend a night in a hotel. They offered a $30.00 meal voucher. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Tony GI do not recommend them. They changed the pickup location for our truck twice, even though we were about to drive 20 hours. As a millitary family, We hired a company through them to help load our move, but the movers never showed up. We spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service, and the issue was never resolved. As a result, we had to load everything ourselves in 7 hours something that it was supposed to be 3 hours. Later, when it was time to unload, we had to spend another 40 minutes on the phone just to make sure we would actually have help. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not use this company again. So disappointed and feeling disrespected
