Charged a $28 fee after drop off even though again we were charged $25 for up to $5000 in damage protection. Trailer and dolly were returned clean as well so no idea where this extra fee came from. He also didn't even look inside while we were there so how can he say we left it any way but clean. Not even sure if that's what the charge is for just guessing since the charge was not described nor did we receive an email explaining the charge. Trying to call customer service to get an explanation was a joke as the wait time was 30 mins and they never picked up when we waited.
