The app does not work properly for checkout and not at all for check in. A “local manager†was supposed to verify my return and a mysterious cleaning fee appeared on my receipt. I asked for an explanation. No response.

Jose G.There were various truck drivers that pulled over next to us at midnight. I'm not sure if they were just making sure we weren't looters but it wasn't the most pleasant experience trying to figure out how to pick up a truck with truckers parking next to us that late at night. We were afraid they would try to come mess with us.
