Original drop off location did not accept the return and sent me to find another location which was closed.

I'm not sure if they were just making sure we weren't looters but it wasn't the most pleasant experience trying to figure out how to pick up a truck with truckers parking next to us that late at night. We were afraid they would try to come mess with us.

Keyana D.The U-Haul mobile app is one of the MOST difficult app's that I have ever used! It's extremely difficult to navigate, and the identification requirements should be listed prior to being at the location. Who carries their Passport to rent a moving truck? Second, upon returning the rental the same day, 15 hours early, I still received an email stating that the rental was late and not returned because the location I chose was closed on Wednesday the day to check the rental back into service. Very frustrating experience overall. I have nothing against the brand, but the 24/7 mobile app needs work.

Curtis B.I returned 6x12 trailer a day early and there was no one at the return site. Made phone contact and gave me instructions. I wasn't happy at the time because I have had trouble unhitching these in the past. I did manage to get it loose. I appreciated that he called back to check to see if I got it loose. I've rented trailers 3 times recently and it was the second time the return site had no attendants.

Justin P.The utility dolly and furniture dolly I rented and was charged for were missing. The truck was slightly dirty inside the driver area. The a/c was weak at times causing it to heat up. An indicator light went on about tire pressure. The location was closed during normal hours so none of this could be corrected.

Anthony C.I rented an appliance dolly and there wasn't one available as it turned out. It made my move extremely difficult but it couldn't be helped. Also, the tank looked like it was full when rented but I ended up having to put 6 gallons in for 25 miles of use of a cargo van. I was afraid to be charged for not having enough gas sooo I spent the $25 even though I knew it was too much. I did receive the $10 credit Ford the don't, which was great, and the gentleman working was really helpful when my license wouldn't photograph, and apologetic about the dolly. I would definitely use them again now that I live nearby.
CHRISTIAN Z.The Agent was very clear that if too much fuel was added to the vehicle that there will absolutely under no circumstances be any kind of fuel credit. Every other U-Haul location does a fuel credit if you fill the tank with more than you picked the vehicle up with. I believe he was more interested in getting back to his video game he was playing. The agent wasn't rude. He just wasn't friendly either.
CHRISTOPHER A.The car hauler had a bent inner fender. The damage wasn't obvious on pick up and did not present a problem until I loaded the dead car on it. With the weight on the trailer the inner fender touched the tire. Luckily I caught it on a gas stop and pulled it away.
