The U-Haul was not clean. Had a water bottle left in there from the previous rental, trash in floor, couldn't find the keys when we were there to pick it up, blankets or damp from outside weather. Very unorganized took and hour to check in even after we pre checked in Broken Arrow.

I picked it up with one clearance light at rear of the trailer on passenger side hanging down, he blew that off. Then I left there thinking I had the trailer until Friday and was bringing it back to where I rented it as I told him I wanted to do so I could bring my 1978 L82 Corvette back home today. Thursday I get a call from Moyer out by the airport in Ponca City saying I was late returning the trailer, I went Nope, I am returning to where I got it in Disney. He informed me the rental WAS NOT done the way I intended and was VERY wrong. I had even called in at some point and spoke to a Uhaul representative who said I was good for that. This is not the way Uhaul operated when TnT Insurance Group was a Uhaul dealer, I have no idea what has happened to your company since 2020, but I WILL NOT TELL anyone to rent any of your equipment.
TOMMY PIt was Chezzies' very first U-haul return, so the clerk had to call the office to find out if I could return the trailer.
