Very friendly customer service. They also called to remind me of my pick up time, while I was running late. They said they could stay a little late if needed. They also had everything I ordered for our move.

Walter A1) closes at noon on Saturday- less than optimum. 2) I left a message on their answering machine asking them to call me regarding two unopened, unused packages of padding blankets left in the truck and to close out the contract. Never heard the first word from them, much less any refund. Detracted significantly from the overall experience
