Location and vehicle were adequate, but the U-Haul APP was terrible to work with!

Denise KKey drop off at unmanned location. Ultra simple and efficient. Pleasant phone contact within 24?hours of drop off.
Scott GThe web site claimed they were open until 6 pm. When I called earlier, there was no answer and when I arrived, no one was at the office. Then I got text messages from the u-haul location on hwy 59 in Detroit Lakes claiming they were the drop off location. Apparently the people in charge of scheduling are very confused.
Kermit WI chose to do the pick-up from my phone. At first it seemed a little overwhelming but it easily walked you through the photos and steps for pick up. It does as you to add two people and phone numbers as back up verification, which I didn't like. I had a couple questions and was able to easily call the U Storage desk and they were very nice and helpful.
